Canberra Apartments Reclad

When the Body Corporate of this prominent apartment building in Canberra, ACT identified that their current lightweight cladding was unsafe and combustible, a total risk assessment was undertaken. They engaged Vortex Fire and Dowse Projects to do a fair and independent evaluation of the best non-combustible lightweight cladding solutions to replace the existing cladding. Their main priority was to find a replacement product that was fully compliant to the building code. ALPOLIC™ NC/A1 was identified as the best solution.
